I attached a ZIP file that contains class-wp-job-manager-helper-api.php, replace it with the existing file.
File Path: plugins\wp-job-manager\includes\helper
After that register every addon license with W3ITEXPERTS on the following link.
wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=job_listing&page=job-manager-addons§ion=helper
