We can understand that you were facing issue in responsive on your customer work. We are also bound with terms that we can't give free support on customers custom work.

We are responsible for our template on all devices and if any customer found any issue into our templates on our demo we improved that and released in next updates.

this is very understandable point that we are selling on Themeforest so we need to follow Themeforest Rules.

Hope you will understand and yes if you need any changes or any custom work from our expert team we can quote for that. 

$19 dollar is not the value of develop that template for one client. Please try to understand.

I solved it as follows: I added a div with the image, left it hidden on the desktop and the Slider left it hidden on MObile. Then he answered me, but this without the support of the developer who said he would be charged. The email doesn't work, the ticket has been open for more than 1 month and still hasn't been resolved.
