I bought it because it is an html template. HTML template files appeared to exist. Can I get a refund if I'm not going to use it as HTML?

The Ombe mobile template is built in Framework 7. You need a local host to run this product.

I bought this theme because it is an html template, but I cannot open it directly with the html extension. no plain html version?
