Thanks for being our customer. 

Some specific images are static in the Shive theme because it's difficult for the client cut the properly sized image and properly colored image.

But if you want to change you can replace roket.png with your file.

Am I able to change the homepage image at top of page  (homepage 3)?   The blue cloud-like image with the rocket. it's called Home Sider 3.  Where do I find it?  Thank you!
