We really apologize for this issue, actually support panel did not respond us properly.

But now we got your credentials, we will get back to you within 2 hours. But I checked you didn't have the BeGlide theme on the website. 

We are installing BeGlide Theme and its data on your server. Please provide the FTP password also.

This is the Server issue. Please share your WP login URL,  credentials, and FTP details. Our team will do it for you.

Our office timing is 10:00 am to 6:00 am (GMT + 5:30)  Monday to Friday.

But our support team has some members working for clients. Please count on us, we will resolve your issues. Please share all details, our team set up BeGlide on your domain as per our demo.
