I have multiple issue with jquery validation and modal form.

1. $(document).ready(function() { } not working, but if i use : jQuery(document).ready(function($){ } work.

2. modal form cannot hide : $('#formModalAdd').modal('hide');

3. resetForm after submit validation not working :
     var validator = $( "#formInput" ).validate();
     validator.resetForm();
