If I display any alert message or error on some pages the layout/application will not be activate until I refresh the page. see attached images of login issue if I display error the application will not be responsive again until I refresh.

Actually, I didn't get the problem properly because our login page is different and we show Sweet-Alerts on an error message. I think you change some settings.
Please elaborate on your issue properly and also share your website URL to check it.
