I purchased the JobZilla – Job Board WordPress Theme, but I am facing several major issues with the item. The theme is not functioning properly even after following all setup instructions. It contains multiple bugs, the demo import doesn’t work correctly, and important features shown in the demo are missing or not responding.
I also tried contacting the author’s support several times, but I have not received proper help or resolution. Due to these technical problems and lack of effective support, I am unable to use the product for my project.
Therefore, I kindly request a full refund for this purchase. Thank you for understanding.
